New Zealand may be over 11,000 miles from the UK but you can send a parcel and have it delivered in just a couple of days. To book your parcel delivery simply pop your details into the quote form and we’ll show you which courier services are on offer. We’ll then guide you through your booking including completing the required pro-forma invoice which is needed to help your parcel cruise through NZ customs.
Popular with tourists and backpackers alike, New Zealand welcomes more than 3 million tourists each and every year. With thousands choosing to stay in this popular expat destination many people in the UK have friends or family in New Zealand and have parcels to send there from time to time.

Easy To Do Invoice
Whenever you send a parcel outside of the EU, you need to complete a pro-forma invoice (don’t worry, it’s nice and easy). We’ll ask you to fill it out during the booking so simply print five copies and attach them to the outside of your New Zealand-bound parcel in an envelope.
If you’re struggling to find a day that you can wait in for a courier to collect your parcel, there are other options. Have your parcel collected from work or even book a drop-off service and take your parcel to a drop-off point so it can be job done in a matter of minutes.

Couriers spot on time
USE THE RIGHT DELIVERY ADDRESS
There are three types of addresses in New Zealand, each with their own format: street addresses, rural addresses and PO box/private bag addresses. Unfortunately, our couriers can’t deliver to PO box/private bag addresses however if you have something to a street or rural address, please use the correct format.
DOUBLE CHECK IT’S SAFE TO SEND
Before you book your delivery to New Zealand, be sure to check the prohibited & restricted items. New Zealand has some extra restrictions on agricultural and food products which you must obey or you could face a fine. If you’re not sure, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
An extra rule for New Zealand is that you can’t send lithium batteries. Mobile phones use lithium for their batteries so if you’re sending a phone over to New Zealand, you must first remove the battery. If it can’t be removed, it can’t be sent – we’re sorry about that.
BE ACCURATE ON YOUR PRO-FORMA INVOICE
On the pro forma invoice, we’ll ask you to value the contents of your parcel. It’s important that you’re accurate with your valuation as the customs team in New Zealand will compare it to the recommended retail price for both new and used items.
ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME
Our couriers will do their best to have your parcel delivered to New Zealand on the estimated delivery date. But just in case of traffic or accidents sometimes there could be a missed connection and you experience a delay, we always say it’s best to send your parcel with a few days to spare.
PACKAGE YOUR PARCEL SECURELY
It’s important for you to package your parcel securely and the guidance from New Zealand emphasises this even more. Always use strong materials and ensure any tape used is secure so that your parcel doesn't fly open. It’s best to read our packaging guidelines to be sure you parcel will stay safe and sound.
