The UK is a just a fraction of the size of India, with the population in India double that of the UK. And with over 1.4 million Indian people living in the UK, the relationship between the two countries has never been stronger. The distance between family and friends has led to thousands of parcels being sent to India every year and we’re here to make that process easier and more affordable to you.

The jewel in the crown...

India is made up of 29 states and 7 territories, and we can have your parcel delivered to every single one of them. From Mumbai (or Bombay as it was formally known) to Delhi to Bangalore, delivery to India has never been simpler.

Personal account holders have access to three delivery service whereas business account holders have a total of six services on offer. Whether you’re looking for the fastest option or the cheapest parcel to India, you can enjoy the luxury of choice.

Up to £30 Free Cover

Our services offer between £15 and £30 compensation cover free of charge so long as your parcel contents are not on the prohibited & restricted items list. But if your parcel is worth more than that, protect yourself with optional extra cover of up to £1000.

Easy To Do Invoice

Unlike delivery within mainland UK, there’s an extra form to complete when you send a parcel to India. We’ll ask for the details during booking and then all you need to do is print five copies and attach them to the outside of your parcel in an envelope so they are easy to reach.

Sometimes it’s not possible to wait in all day for a collection. If you have a busy day ahead, just book the MPD International Drop-Off service. You can drop it off at a local Hermes ParcelShop and the courier will pick it up right from there.

So, whether you have a group of friends in Goa or a customer in Chennai, there’s nothing to stop you booking your parcel delivery right away.

From the UK to India, your parcel has a long way to travel. It’s best for you to keep track of your parcel so that your recipient will have an idea of when it will be delivered in India.

The tracking will also show if your parcel incurs any customs fees. These fees will need to be paid online for the delivery to be completed. If the fees are not paid within 28 days, the customs agents in India will dispose of your parcel and we certainly wouldn’t want that!
