Choose between economy and express, collection and drop-off. With a variety of services to Spain to choose between, you’re sure to find one that gives you exactly what you need.
Up to £30 Free Cover
First of all, check that what you want to send isn’t on the prohibited & restricted items list. If it’s not, we’ll give you up to £30 in compensation cover depending on the service you choose. But if your parcel’s a bit more valuable, you can add cover of up to £1000.
IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PRINTER
As long as you’re sending to mainland Spain or the Balearics, you can choose the Parcelforce Euro Priority service to send your parcel as you don’t need to print a label. But if you’re sending to the Canary Islands, a printer will still be needed for your pro-forma invoice. More info on that when you book!
SEND TO THE CANARIES
The Canary Islands are a little different but that’s no problem, you’re still safe to send with us. Just be sure to select “Canary Islands” from the drop down menu in the booking form.

Couriers spot on time
TAKE CARE WITH FOREIGN WORDS
Check, check and check again that the address is spelt right. With extra characters and accents in the Spanish alphabet, getting it wrong could make all the difference. If this happens, the courier may return the package and you'll be liable for the charge, which nobody wants!
PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER
To help the courier in Spain delivering your parcel, please be sure to add a local home contact number for the recipient on the parcel. This will help the courier call if they’re a little bit lost!
DOUBLE CHECK IT’S SAFE TO SEND
Before you book your parcel delivery, it’s best to check the prohibited & restricted items just in case your contents aren’t allowed by the courier. If you’re not sure about what you’re sending to Spain, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME
Our couriers do their best to get your parcel delivered to Spain on time, but there are some things they can’t control like traffic and missed connections. We recommend you send with a few days spare just in case the worst should happen and your parcel hits delays.
SENDING TO THE BALEARICS
Sending your parcel to Majorca, Minorca, Formentera and Ibiza is just as simple as sending to mainland Spain. Just remember that deliveries will take a little longer to these islands so it’s best to allow extra time and let your recipient know.
SENDING TO THE CANARIES
While the Canary Islands are a part of Spain, they have some economic exceptions. This is why you’ll need to fill out a pro-forma invoice when you book. We’ll provide this for you when you book, so once complete, just print five copies and attach them to the outside of your parcel in an envelope. That way customs officers can find them easily.
