Italy has added restrictions on how much meat and dairy you can send to the Land of the Boot. If you’re sending food, we recommend that you take a look at the full list of restrictions on the Italian customs website before you book your parcel delivery
INCLUDE ALL THE DETAILS
It’s best to add a local telephone number for the recipient in your booking. This way if there’s any problems finding the address in Italy, the courier can give the recipient a call. Just be sure to also include a house number for the recipient on your booking too.

There are restrictions on what you can send both in the UK and internationally to Italy so before you book your delivery, please check the prohibited & restricted items list. Checking now can avoid delivery hiccups later.
ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME
Deliveries to Italy can be very quick but it’s important to remember that deliveries to the Islands can take a little longer. It’s always best to allow extra time just in case, especially if you’re sending to Sicily or Sardinia.
While Vatican City is positioned within Rome, it is an independent state and not technically a part of Italy, so you can’t send parcels through us within the city walls – we’re sorry about that.
The Republic of San Marino runs customs a little different to the rest of Italy. It’s best to check this out this before you book your parcel delivery just in case these changes affect you.
