When you have paid for your order, we will supply you with all the necessary shipping documents. It is very important that you place these within a clear plastic cover (for protection) and then attach them securely to your parcel(s) before the courier arrives. If you have not attached the labels, the courier may refuse to collect your parcel(s), and a surcharge will be applied for re-collection.
